To access the Timeline, type in the username and password you were supplied with after purchase. If you do not have a username and password, please read the "Conditions of Use" below. Enter both username and password into the boxes below EXACTLY as set out in the documentation. See more hints below.

Conditions of Use

A unique username plus password provides exclusive access to the Timeline Database. Other persons are unable to use this to gain access at the same time. All use is assumed to be by the registered user, who is responsible for maintaining confidentiality in this regard.

A username plus password is provided by the BHG by return mail on receipt of a completed Order Form. This gives right of access to one person or family household as a single-user and to larger groups or institutions such as libraries, schools, colleges, associations, departments and businesses as multi-users.

A completed order form, with a personal or official signature, is assumed to indicate agreement with the above conditions of use for which this Timeline is supplied.

Troubleshooting

If asterisks appear in the password box before typing your username, delete them before typing your password.

To save logging on next time, or being terminated after 10 minutes of keyboard inactivity and having to wait up to 10 minutes to log on again, click on the Save Username and Password box above (especially multiple users).

Do not check this Save box if you ever want to use your username and password again (as this is irreversible).

If a second box appears during Login, click on No to save typing your password again.

If a too-many-users message appears, either someone else is using your username/password or you logged on, closed your browser and logged on again within the timeout period and will need to wait another 10 minutes.
